Seven Day Author – Products & Services

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of any products or services offered by Eric Santagada / Seven Day Author (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing or using our services, you (“Client,” “Customer,” “Student,” or “you”) agree to the following terms.

1. General Terms

All products and services are provided for educational and professional development purposes only.
Nothing provided constitutes legal, financial, or professional advice. You are responsible for your own decisions, results, and compliance with applicable laws.
All materials are protected by copyright and licensed for your personal use only.

2. Digital Courses & Products (Video Course, Templates, Workbooks)

Access: Upon purchase, you receive lifetime access to the Seven Day Author Premium Video Course (12 modules, 55+ videos) and all included digital tools, templates, and PDFs.
License: Access is granted for your personal use only. You may not share, resell, distribute, or reproduce the content without written permission.
Refunds: Due to instant digital access, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Disclaimer: We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., book sales, income, publishing success). Your results depend on your effort, implementation, and circumstances.

3. Coaching Services (1:1 or Group Coaching)

Scheduling: Coaching sessions must be scheduled in advance. Rescheduling requires at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without notice are forfeited.
Refunds: All coaching sales are final. No refunds are given once coaching has begun.
Commitment: Coaching is collaborative. We provide guidance, tools, and accountability, but you are responsible for implementing the work.
No Guarantees: Coaching is educational in nature and we cannot guarantee specific outcomes (such as revenue increases, book sales, or publishing deals).

4. Done-For-You (DFY) Book Service

Scope of Work: The DFY service includes interviews, drafting, editing, formatting, cover design, and publishing support, as outlined on the sales page.
Client Responsibilities:
- Attend scheduled interview sessions.
- Provide feedback/notes during the revision period.
- Set up your own Amazon KDP account (we assist with the setup) so that the book is published under your name and you receive 100% of the royalties.
Revisions: One structured revision period is included. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.
Refunds: Due to the personalized nature of the work, all DFY service fees are non-refundable once the interview session has been completed.
No Guarantees: While we provide professional writing and publishing support, we cannot guarantee sales, reviews, or business results from your book.

5. Payments

All payments are due in full at the time of purchase, unless a payment plan is explicitly offered.
For payment plans, all installments must be completed. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services.

6. Intellectual Property

All course materials, templates, and training systems are owned by Seven Day Author.
For DFY services, you retain full copyright to your completed book once delivered.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Seven Day Author is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

8. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to revoke access to any course, coaching, or service if a client is found violating these Terms (e.g., sharing materials publicly). No refund will be issued in such cases.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [Insert State/Country].
